Welcome to the homepage of Michael K. Barbour. I am originally from Newfoundland, Canada, but am currently living in Shelton, Connecticut (although my permanent residence continues to be in Windsor, Ontario). I completed my Ph.D. in Instructional Technology at the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. At present I am the Director of Doctoral Studies for the Isabelle Farrington College of Education and an Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut.
Take a look around what can best be described as my professional portfolio and if you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
